Flowers by Annette

Flowers by Annette is an online florist that lets customers build their own hand-tied bouquets and gift packs. Their website was built by Delight Designs, who used our WooCommerce Product Table plugin to create a one-page order form for their flower bouquet and gift pack products.

The online store uses WooCommerce Product Table on all six of their product pages:

  • Soft & Dreamy Bouquet
  • Soft & Dreamy Bouquet Gift Pack
  • Natural & Native Bouquet
  • Natural & Native Bouquet Gift Pack
  • Bright & Bold Bouquet
  • Bright & Bold Bouquet Gift Pack

How our plugin solved their problem

Flowers by Annette displays the same details on both the bouquet product page and the bouquet gift pack product page. This includes image, name, summary, price, and purchasing options. Customers can learn about each item, see pricing information, personalize the item, and add multiple items to their shopping cart in one go.

In addition to this, they can use the search box on top of the order form to quickly find a specific item. Customers can also sort the items in the table by name, summary, and price. The order form is configured to display up to 25 items per page in the order form.

Customers only need to make their selections using the dropdown menus and then add the items they’d like to include in their order by ticking the checkbox next to the item. For example, if a customer wanted to add Joadja Wine to their gift pack, they would need to select the Type of Wine using the dropdown. Once they’ve made their selection, they can click the Add Selected to Cart button to add all of the items to their cart in one go.

Davora sell ethnic and minor season greetings cards on a WordPress e-commerce website.

They have devised an innovative way to combine WooCommerce Product Tables with a wholesale pricing plugin such as WooCommerce Wholesale Pro. The former displays wholesale products in a user-friendly grid layout. The wholesale pricing plugin charges different prices to logged in wholesale users. It also adds other features such as minimum order quantity. Both plugins work together to create a fully functional WooCommerce wholesale store.

Customers can log into the WooCommerce wholesale store and find the product category they need. They will then see the products in an interactive HTML table with multiple column headers displaying useful information. The table includes add to cart buttons and functions as a one-page WooCommerce order form. This makes the process much easier for wholesale users who already know which products they need and don't want to browse through multiple pages.

The public WooCommerce store is unaffected by the wholesale plugins. Davora use normal WooCommerce category layouts for their retail customers, who can't see the wholesale layouts behind the scenes.

Use the plugin knowledge base to plan how you can use WooCommerce Product Table in innovative ways of your own!

Tewes Corporation provides stock and custom packaging options for every application. Our WooCommerce Product Table plugin is used. This lists their wide selection of diverse packaging options and related products across multiple tables.

They style their product tables to their company colors for aesthetics and ease of use. You can browse them here, here and here. This is done with the built in plugin table design customization options and custom CSS. In addition, the table layout uses columns (part numbers/SKU and a volume custom field) to display various types of technical products better. The use of multiple dropdown filters allows users to quickly find what they're looking for in a long list of technical products.

The table needs to list a large number of packaging options, rather than focus on the display of high resolution product images. They address this by using our plugin's Lazy Load feature. Tables display WooCommerce products with no or small or low-quality images.

VCA Talen provides employee and managerial training, exams, and certifications to promote safety in the workplace for multilingual, multicultural organizations. They use our WooCommerce Product Table WordPress plugin to list their courses and exams in tables.

The table layout makes it easy to find specific training or exams. Users can easily select the options they require and then add straight to the cart. There are multiple filter dropdowns above each table, making it easy to find specific exams.

VCA Talen's developer did some extra styling to center and style the filters and give them a distinct, contrasting background colour. This makes the section stand out in the table while still blending in with the site's colour scheme. They also customized the product table to only display the add to cart buttons after selecting a variation.

Two product tables are displayed side by side in a 2-column layout in desktop mode. This is unusual yet is done in a clever and neatly formatted manner, keeping the two categories - 'Upcoming Exams' and 'Upcoming Courses with Exams' - separate. The responsive design stacks well in both tablet and mobile views.

Thierry runs Photo Studio TNK, a WooCommerce photography website. He's a wedding and studio photographer based in Paris.

Selling prints to clients is a big part of Thierry's business, so he needed to find the right WordPress plugins to make the buying process simple and secure. When Thierry came across our WooCommerce Product Table and WooCommerce Protected Categories plugins, he knew he'd found the answer.

Thierry's customer photographs need to be kept out of the public domain. That's why he creates secure areas using our WooCommerce Protected Categories plugin. Each client is given their own hidden WooCommerce category which can only be accessed with a password.

The customer's hidden page contains all their photos. The WooCommerce Product Table plugin has been used to display the photos in a table that can be filtered to help the customer browse through the content. From here, clients can view their photos whether they're on a phone or laptop. Clients can also select variationsquantities and add multiple items to their shopping cart. Most importantly for Thierry, customers don't have to leave the page to purchase the prints.

If you want to see Thierry's photography website and hidden categories in action, have a look at this demo Thierry created for us. Visit https://clients.photostudiotnk.com and click ‘Accès client’ in the menu. Next to 'Mot de Pass" type in the password photostudiotnk and you’ll go straight to a sample client category.

Herberge zur Heimat is a hostel in Switzerland. They have a WooCommerce online shop as part of their WordPress website. They use WooCommerce Quick View Pro to add quick view buttons underneath each product in their store.

Customers can use these buttons to view more information about each product in a lightbox. They can choose a quantity and add the product to the cart directly from the lightbox, before returning to the shop page to continue shopping.

In addition to setting up WooCommerce and installing our quick view plugin, their developer has added some custom CSS code to hide the add to cart buttons from the shop page and disable the links to the single product pages. This speeds up the buying process and encourages customers to buy more, as they are not taken to a separate page for each product.

Learn how to achieve the same on your own site with our step by step tutorial.

WordPress agency Bright Vessel were designing a website for Foothills Montessori School. They used our WooCommerce Product Table plugin to enable the school to take bookings for their upcoming summer camps.

The website features multiple product tables on the same page, each listing a particular category of events.  It uses the column options in WooCommerce Product Table to choose which data to display about each event. Students and parents can see the event date, description and price - everything they need to decide which events to book.

The add to cart buttons in the product table make it easy to book events from a single page. This is much easier than having to visit a separate page for each event. Parents simply choose all the events their child wishes to attend and adds them to the cart, all from one page.
