Barks & Squeaks sell gifts for your furry friends. They used our bestselling WooCommerce Product Table plugin to create a build your own pet hamper page for their website. It's very popular as a WooCommerce 'build your own product' plugin. This is a great example of how to use it.

The build your own hamper page guides the customer through a 3-step process. First, they select the hamper type from a product table containing a variable product with different options in a variations dropdown.

Next, they choose the contents of the build your own hamper. The hamper products are listed in product table layouts - 1 for large items, 1 for medium items, and another for small items. Step 3 of the process guides you to the WooCommerce cart and checkout so you can place your order and pay online.

The owner of Barks & Squeaks was delighted with the plugin. She followed our tutorial closely and watched the video, which allowed her to create a fantastic build your own hamper website without any coding.

She praised the "really clear documentation" and said:

"The hamper builder demo page really helped bring it to life for me and the functionality was exactly what I needed."

Provenance Meat is a global exporter of ethically farmed, high quality New Zealand lamb. They needed to create a WooCommerce food order system to sell lamb to chefs and restaurateurs all over the world.

After researching suitable plugins, they discovered our WooCommerce Product Table order form plugin. They used the plugin to create a user-friendly WooCommerce food order form. The order form is professional, clean and simple-looking to match the rest of the website. There are columns for product image, SKU/code, product name (cut), price, plus multi-select add to cart checkboxes with a single 'Add Selected to Cart' button at the end of the order form. Customers can use this one-page order form to see all the information they need, select products and add to the cart in a single click.

Provenance Meat have cleverly hidden any unnecessary elements from their food order form to keep it clean and simple looking. For example, they have hidden the search box and pagination buttons because they are not needed on an order form of this size. They did this using the options that come with WooCommerce Product Table.

The food order form on this website uses a membership plugin and is only available for logged in customers. You can achieve something similar with our WooCommerce Private Store or WooCommerce Password Protected Categories plugins.

Please note that WooCommerce Product Table comes with a price column to display costs in the order form. We have removed the prices from the screenshots for confidentiality reasons. Provenance Meat have added their WooCommerce food order form to an area of the website that is only visible to logged in customers.

Dare to Date are using our WooCommerce Product Table plugin in an unusual and interesting way!

Belgian web design agency Fixdawel were developing a speed dating website for Dare to Date. They needed an innovative and user-friendly way to list upcoming dating events.

The brief was for people to search for dating events based on information such as type of event, location, gender and age. The website should list suitable events. The WooCommerce dating website needed to list products in a structured layout with various data about each event. Customers should be able to select their gender and book a place using WooCommerce.

Fixdawel did some research and discovered that WooCommerce Product Table met all these requirements. They used the plugin to list upcoming dating events in a tabular grid, with each event as a separate WooCommerce product. They added custom fields and taxonomies to store the various event data and display it in the table.

Filter dropdowns above the table make it quick and easy to find events. Daters can click through to the single product page to view more event data and subscribe.

This is the first time we've seen Product Table being used as a WooCommerce dating plugin, and it looks fantastic. If you want to create your own dating website with WooCommerce, look no further!

Davora sell ethnic and minor season greetings cards on a WordPress e-commerce website.

They have devised an innovative way to combine WooCommerce Product Tables with a wholesale pricing plugin such as WooCommerce Wholesale Pro. The former displays wholesale products in a user-friendly grid layout. The wholesale pricing plugin charges different prices to logged in wholesale users. It also adds other features such as minimum order quantity. Both plugins work together to create a fully functional WooCommerce wholesale store.

Customers can log into the WooCommerce wholesale store and find the product category they need. They will then see the products in an interactive HTML table with multiple column headers displaying useful information. The table includes add to cart buttons and functions as a one-page WooCommerce order form. This makes the process much easier for wholesale users who already know which products they need and don't want to browse through multiple pages.

The public WooCommerce store is unaffected by the wholesale plugins. Davora use normal WooCommerce category layouts for their retail customers, who can't see the wholesale layouts behind the scenes.

Use the plugin knowledge base to plan how you can use WooCommerce Product Table in innovative ways of your own!

Herberge zur Heimat is a hostel in Switzerland. They have a WooCommerce online shop as part of their WordPress website. They use WooCommerce Quick View Pro to add quick view buttons underneath each product in their store.

Customers can use these buttons to view more information about each product in a lightbox. They can choose a quantity and add the product to the cart directly from the lightbox, before returning to the shop page to continue shopping.

In addition to setting up WooCommerce and installing our quick view plugin, their developer has added some custom CSS code to hide the add to cart buttons from the shop page and disable the links to the single product pages. This speeds up the buying process and encourages customers to buy more, as they are not taken to a separate page for each product.

Learn how to achieve the same on your own site with our step by step tutorial.
