WooCommerce Wholesale Pro Settings - Emails
Use the 'Email' tab of the WooCommerce Wholesale Pro plugin settings page to configure the emails that your wholesale users receive. You can access this at: WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Wholesale → Email.
The plugin comes with the following emails:
The below screenshots show the default email wording that will be used when you first activate the plugin. You can edit the subject and content of each email as required.
New wholesale user
This email is sent to the store owner or administrator when a new wholesale registration is held for moderation. By default, it contains instructions on how to approve or reject the application.
You can send it to multiple email addresses by entering each one separated by a comma.
New wholesale account
This email is sent to the customer when they register for a wholesale account when user moderation is disabled; or when you add wholesale users manually. It contains their username, a link to set their password, and a link to the wholesale login page.
Wholesale registration approved
This email is sent to new wholesale users when an administrator has approved their account after it has been held for moderation. It contains their username, a link to set their password, and a link to the wholesale login page.
Wholesale registration declined
This email is sent to wholesale users when an administrator has rejected their account after it has been held for moderation.
Wholesale registration pending
This email is sent to new wholesale users immediately after submitting the wholesale registration form, if moderation is enabled. It is a holding email to advise them to wait for their account to be approved, and does not contain login details.
