Note: This article is about our WooCommerce Protected Categories plugin. If you're looking for a similar question relating to our WooCommerce Product Table plugin, please see this article instead. If you have this problem and are not using any of our plugins, then unfortunately this article won't help you. 

This will happen if all your products are within a protected category and you have unticked the ‘Show protected categories & products in public-facing store’ box in WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Protected Categories.

If you want products to appear on your main shop page, you either need to add some products to a publicly available category or tick ‘Show protected categories & products in public-facing store’ on the WooCommerce Protected Categories plugin settings page. (Note: This option will only appear after you have installed the WooCommerce Protected Categories plugin.)
