What is your refund policy?

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide you don't want the plugin within the first 30 days after purchase - for whatever reason - then we will give you a full refund.

This is a perfect way for you to try before you commit, risk-free.

Are renewal payments refundable?

Annual renewal payments also come with a 30-day refund period.

We will notify you of the upcoming renewal 2 weeks beforehand, with instructions on how to cancel your subscription in case you don't wish to renew. If you don't cancel in time and request a refund for the renewal payment then we will deduct a 15% admin fee from the refund amount to cover the processing time and unrecoverable payment fees.

How can I get a refund?

  • You can request a refund up to 30 days after purchase.
  • You don't need a reason to request a refund. Simply contact our support team with your name and either your email address or license key.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

The Setary app is supported separately and you should request refunds or support via the Setary contact page.
