How to add a keyword search box to your product filters
Customers often like to be able to choose whether to find products by selecting options from filters, or typing a keyword into a search box. As a result, we recommend adding a search box to your filter group.
The WooCommerce Product Filters plugin doesn't work with the Product Search widget which is built into WooCommerce itself. Instead, it has its own Search which you can add to your filter groups.
This search uses exactly the same logic as the built-in WordPress and WooCommerce searches. Like them, it uses 'exact match' to display products whose names or descriptions contain the keyword that the customer has typed.
You should use this throughout your store, instead of the default Product Filters widget.
