My filters are out of date or showing incorrect information
When you're using WooCommerce Product Filters, you might occasionally notice the following problems immediately after making changes to your products or filters:
- If you have recently edited a filter or filter group, then the changes may not appear on the front end of your website straight away.
- If you have added or edited products (e.g. adding new attributes) then the filters might not include the latest changes.
When this happens, it is because the plugin is still re-indexing the filters. This happens automatically and your latest changes will appear as soon as the index is complete. You don't need to do anything.
