Can I add extra recipients to low stock emails?
The WooCommerce Multiple Email Recipients plugin lets you add extra recipients to the emails that WooCommerce sends about new orders. It does not handle the recipients for low stock out of stock emails, which are part of WooCommerce itself.
How to add recipients to the low stock and out of stock email
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory.
- In the 'Notifications' section, tick 'Enable low stock notifications' and 'Enable out of stock notifications'.
- Enter an email address in the 'Notification recipient(s)' field. This field supports multiple email addresses - just separate each one with a comma.
- Save your changes.
Can I add different recipients per product?
The WooCommerce low stock emails are sent to the same email address regardless of which products are running out of stock.
We would be interested to know if you would like to be able to set different recipients for low stock based on specific products or categories. Please send us a feature request so that we can track the amount of demand. If enough people ask then we will considering adding it to the plugin in future.
