What happens if my license key expires?

If your annual license key expires, the plugin will continue working correctly on the front end of your site. Your visitors won't notice any difference.

Disadvantages of having an expired license key

While the plugin will keep working on your public-facing website, there are disadvantages of continuing to use it with an expired license key:

• Restricted admin pages - You will no longer be able to make any changes to the plugin settings in the WordPress admin, as this requires an active license key. This means that you won't be able to edit settings on the settings page, enable/disable specific features, or add new content using the plugin (for example creating documents or product option groups, depending on the plugin). When you visit any of the plugin's admin pages, you'll see a notice explaining that your license needs renewing. Once you renew, full access is restored immediately.
• No plugin updates - You won't receive any further updates to the plugin until your license is active again. This means you won't have access to new features, bug fixes or compatibility updates, and if WordPress or WooCommerce releases a major update then we can't guarantee the plugin will continue working correctly on your site.
• Ineligible for plugin support - We can only support you with using the plugin if you have an active license key. Of course, we are still able to assist you with the renewal process.

How to renew

There are two ways to renew:

• Renew your existing license - Add the plugin to your cart and enter your existing license key in the "Renewing a license key?" field. Once you have renewed it, go back to the plugin settings page and click the "Check" button in the "Your license needs renewing" popup window.
• Buy a new license key - Once you have bought a new license key, go to the plugin settings page and enter it in the "Your license needs renewing" popup window.

Once you have done this, you will be able to make changes to the plugin settings immediately, as well as access plugin updates and support.
