Free setup for your Barn2 plugin

Short on time? We will set up your Barn2 plugin for you, free of charge. Our support team will configure everything to suit your business, so you can get up and running without touching a setting.

Who can use it

Free setup is available on every Barn2 plugin, and you can request it at any time. If you have the All Access Pass, we will set up any three plugins for you. Just send us your details and we will take care of the rest.

What every setup includes

• Installing and activating the plugin (we will use a temporary login to your site)
• Activating your license key
• Configuring the plugin's built-in settings to suit your business
• Creating a starter set of whatever the plugin produces, up to the amount listed below
• Putting it where it needs to go, for example a page or your navigation menu
• A short message explaining what we did, so you can take it from there

What is included for your plugin

Each plugin has a starter amount, which is there to get you going rather than to add all of your content for you.

Document Library Pro

• One document library, with up to 10 documents to get you started
• Your documents organized into categories, with filters and search set up
• The best layout and settings for the size of your library
• The library added to your site menu, or different documents shown on separate pages

WooCommerce Product Options

• Up to 5 options with up to 20 choices in total (for example, a "Size" dropdown, or an "Engraving" text box that adds to the price)
• Your options added to the right products or categories
• The best option types and settings for your store
• If you also bought WooCommerce Live Preview, one product image with a printable area

WooCommerce Product Table

• One product table, with the columns, filters, sorting and layout you need
• The table added to a page, or the table layout enabled on your main shop pages

Posts Table Pro

• One table showing a post type that already exists on your site, with columns and filters
• Creating a custom post type or custom fields is a paid service, which our Services team will quote for

WooCommerce Product Filters

• Up to 2 filter groups with up to 10 filters in total
• Your filters placed in the sidebar, above your products, or both

WooCommerce Fast Cart

• All of the built-in settings, including the cart layout and express checkout
• One upsell or cross-sell block

WooCommerce Quick View Pro

• All of the built-in settings for the quick view lightbox, including which information appears in it

WooCommerce Bulk Variations

• The variations grid enabled across your store, or on up to 10 individual products
• The grid layout and labels configured to suit your products

WooCommerce Restaurant Ordering

• One food ordering page, built from the food products already on your site
• Your categories, layout, quantity and cart behavior configured

WooCommerce Wholesale Pro

• Up to 3 wholesale roles, with their pricing
• One registration form, with auto-approval switched on or off
• One wholesale login page, plus any wholesale-only payment and shipping settings

WooCommerce Private Store

• Your store hidden and protected
• Up to 3 passwords, users or roles given access
• One login page

WooCommerce Protected Categories

• Up to 5 protected categories
• One login page for your protected categories

Password Protected Categories

• Up to 5 protected categories or pages
• One login page for your protected content

WooCommerce Quantity Manager

• Your quantity rules set up across the store
• Rules on up to 10 individual products or categories

WooCommerce Discount Manager

• Up to 3 discounts
• Your discount table displayed on product pages and in the cart

WooCommerce Lead Time

• Your lead times set up across the store
• Lead times on up to 10 individual products

WooCommerce Multiple Email Recipients

• All of the built-in settings, including the extra customer email address fields
• Up to 5 rules sending admin emails to specific recipients for particular products or categories

WooCommerce Product Tabs

• Up to 5 custom product tabs, using the content you send us
• Your tabs added across the store, or to the products and categories you choose

EU VAT for Easy Digital Downloads

• Your VAT rates, reverse charge, invoices and VAT number validation configured
• The required fields added to your checkout

All Access Pass

• Any three of our plugins, each set up to the same standard as above

What is not included

The goal of the free setup is to help you get started. It is not to add large amounts of content on your behalf. We want to get you to the point where you can take over and add the rest yourself.

Whichever plugin you choose, free setup does not cover:

• Migrating content or settings from another plugin
• Importing documents, products or posts in bulk
• Creating the content underneath, such as your products, posts, custom post types or custom fields
• Installing or configuring WordPress, WooCommerce or your theme
• Custom code, CSS or design work
• Fixing conflicts with third party plugins, beyond a basic check

If you need something more involved, such as migrating a large document library or a set of product options from another plugin, our Services team will be happy to provide a quote.
