Can I use WooCommerce Lead Time to add a message to discontinued products?
If you use WooCommerce Lead Time with the WooCommerce Discontinued Products plugin, an extra 'Discontinued' stock status appears on the Lead Time plugin settings page. If you tick this then the lead time message for each product or variation will appear on the single product page for your discontinued products.
This is an excellent opportunity to add clear messaging to your end-of-life products which are no longer available. Mark the product as discontinued and add a lead time message containing unique information about that product, such as details of other products that the customer may be interested in.
