Solid plugin with great features for B2B/wholesale business. Support is very good when/if needed. We use a few Barn2 plugins and have been very pleased.
I'm no professional by any stretch and setting this up took me a bit of time. I had been making an error with setting up categories for wholesale. Went on to live chat at 7.45am GMT and had it sorted in half an hour. Really friendly and professional. I'd recommend this to anyone looking at selling to the trade.
The Barn2 ecosystem is supreme and well-documented. If there are any restrictions, I would bet the cause is from WooCommerce itself! ;-) THX
I bought WooCommerce Wholesale Pro and two more plugins to setup our wholesale hidden online store and WOW! The support is superb. From my pre-sale inquiry to the after-sales support and guidance, these people treat customer as king. It is very unusual for a plugin company to communicate like that. The plugins work flawlessly for both me as an owner, but more importantly for my customers. Bravo guys!

I was looking for wholesale plugin and had some doubts first. What made me buy it was the instructions video. The installation was as easy as it looked. The set-up was really easy to do. All features work perfect with prices, login, approvements etc and as an oldtimer as me with just basic webskills, this was a very good buy. Strongly recommended for wholesale and probably hidden customer area as well.
I installed the plugin with a fairly specific plan of how I wanted to use it and how to set it up. There were speedbumps along the way because of the design of my existing site, but with the flexibility of the plugin itself and the wonderfully hands on, prompt customer service, the obstacles were easily handled, and the site came out wonderfully; it matched my expectations of functionality, and surpassed my expectations of ease of use.
How can I describe the help I had from Barn?
You purchase a plugin for creating a wholesale shop, but/and, you purchase also a great customer service.
Not only the plugin do what you want, not only it is updated with new features, but you also have access to a GREAT customer support.

I am totally green and ignorant when it comes to building websites. Why I ever thought it would be a good idea is beyond me. I purchased a plugin and needed help setting it up. the support was incredible and genuine. not a bot as I have been experiencing with many web based services. The plugin was fantastic and did everything it advertised flawlessly. Keep up the good work at barn2.
Every time I have reached out to Barn2 Plugins for features it has lacked they were quick to respond and help. They also quickly move into action to add any features you suggest. Barn2 is a rare company in this space as I have been building websites for many years no other company has addressed issues as fast and diligently as they have. Keep up the great work!!!!
