WooCommerce Protected Categories

I wanted to restrict purchase of some of the workbooks in my client's WooCommerce store to professionals who hold a credentials license. Protected Categories was the perfect solution. I can still show the products, but can easily make it know you can buy them with the password available from the administrator. This plugin saved hours of programming.

I was looking for a way to "lock down" my store to make private categories for different customers. This plugin allowed me to do exactly what I was trying to do. It was easy to install and extremely easy to use. Now, my customers can only see the products that are in the category that their password unlocks, which is exactly what I wanted. Super easy plugin, all I did was set it up, follow their simple instructions and I had a password protected category up in less than 10 minutes :)

So easy to use, and it gave me as a 50% prof user of woocommerce a chance to build a 2 part webshop, where members or shops can have a seperate password and a webshop where they can buy at different prices :)

I highly recommend Barn2's 'WooCommerce Password Protected Categories' plugin for a whole range of uses. For our particular use, we needed to allow only certain categories of our products to be accessed by 'select' customers, with a shared password. The plugin enabled us to do this really simply and cost-effectively. Whenever we have needed any assistance with the plugin Barn2's team have been very helpful and prompt with their replies.
