Helped me sort account and quick response time.

When a service provider delivers the same service pre and post sales then you know they are worth investing in and working with. I have been astonished at how the team at Barn2 have handled my questions before I bought, followed up whilst I was deliberating and how they have on every occasion responded with prompt responses after purchase. I commend them and congratulate them. It has been a very refreshing experience indeed. Needless to say progress on my project has been accelerated as a result. Thank you Katie and Jae.

I use Post Table Pro to create my website's resources libraries and I really appreciate their responsive support as well as the guides included in their knowledge base. I would love to be able to customize the table a little more but other than that it does the job!

I found Posts Table Pro to be a really excellent plugin. It was easy to use and extremely flexible and the support is wonderful. Unfortunately I had to return the license when the client pulled out but even then I got an instant reply and a full refund. I will definitely use this plugin again as soon as the opportunity arises.

The plugin is exceptionally good for projects involving a lot of files (i.e. document libraries, recipes books, catalogs). It comes with exceptionally good support too.

Got back to me with a answers very quickly and pointed me to the relevant section of the documentation. Supremely helpful!

With more nad more service shifting online, its becoming normal to get bad service. Not at Barns2! They answered all of my questions, even those that had nothing to do with their plugins. They were very gracious and patient with all of my newbie questions. We need more companies like this. Highly recommended.

Really liked this plugin. In the end, the clients requirements changed and we couldn't use it, but support refunded us the same day. Really impressed. Will try to use again soon!
