I was putting together a website for a composer friend and having a very tough time coming up with a solution for displaying her catalog of works. Most existing catalog plugins were designed for books, and most existing music plugins were designed to sell audio files.
Enter Posts Table Pro, which would allow me to pull the column data from my custom post type and display it in an elegant, searchable, sortable format. At the time, the plugin did not support date sorting or audio players, and the kind folks at Barn2 Media were able to add new functionality to support my particular use case before I was even finished developing the site!
The plugin is a snap to set up, powerful and flexible, and backed by a company that really responds. Wholeheartedly recommended.
