Shopify provides a useful mechanism for allowing merchants to give app companies access to their store without sharing confidential logins. To do this:

1. Go to your Shopify admin and click Settings → Users and permissions.
2. Scroll down to the Collaborators section and click "Only people with a collaborator request code can send a request".
3. Click "Add collaborator request code", generate a code, and send it to us when we request access.
4. Alternatively, you can approve a collaborator request that we send directly from our Partner Dashboard using our Partner ID: 3952666

Don't worry - If you give us access to your store, then we will act responsibly and not make any changes to your live site (other than attempting to fix the problem that you have specifically requested our help with) 😀
