We'll set up your plugin for you, free of charge, whenever you need it.

We know our plugins better than anyone, and we know the best way to tailor them to different types of business and use case. So we now offer free setup on every plugin we make.

Whichever Barn2 plugin you've bought, we'll set it up for you at no charge. If you have the All Access Pass, we'll set up any three of our plugins.

How it works

Requesting your setup takes a minute:

1. Fill in the free setup form and tell us what you need.
2. Give us temporary access to your site. Document Library Cloud customers can skip this step, as we already have access.
3. We set the plugin up to suit your business, and let you know as soon as it's ready.

Are you using Document Library Pro? We offer free setup for both versions. If you have the WordPress plugin, request it here. If you're using Document Library Cloud, our hosted version, request it here.

We'll follow your lead, or use our judgment

If you know exactly how you want it set up, tell us and we'll follow your instructions to the letter. If you'd rather leave it to us, we'll use our experience to choose the settings that suit your business.

For a small document library, that might mean a clean grid layout with the search box hidden. For a large one, a searchable table with category filters.

For product options, we'll pick the styles that work best for your customers. That might be a color swatch instead of a plain dropdown, or a text box for engraving with the right price attached.

Our plugins are designed to be easy to set up, even with no prior experience. We've also seen them running on all kinds of different sites, so we know which settings work best for each type of business. We can save you the time of working it out yourself.

There's nothing to pay and no catch. It's simply our way of making things even easier for our customers.

What's included in the free setup service?

Free setup covers a standard setup using the plugin's built-in features. Each plugin has a starter amount, for example 10 documents for Document Library Pro, or 5 options for WooCommerce Product Options. You'll find the exact amount for every plugin in our free setup article.

If you need something bigger, for example migrating a large library from another plugin, custom code, or design work, our Services team can give you a quote.
