We know our plugins better than anyone, and we know the best way to tailor them to different types of business and use case. So as of today, we're offering free setup on three of our plugins.
If you've bought Document Library Pro, WooCommerce Product Options or the All Access Pass, we'll set the plugin up for you, free of charge, within 30 days of your purchase.
This is a trial to see how helpful customers find it. If it goes well, we'll look at rolling it out across our other plugins too.
How it works
Requesting your setup takes a minute:
- Fill in the free setup form and tell us what you need.
- Give us temporary access to your site. Document Library Cloud customers can skip this step, as we already have access.
- We set the plugin up to suit your business, and let you know as soon as it's ready.
Are you using Document Library Pro? We offer free setup for both versions. If you have the WordPress plugin, request it here. If you're using Document Library Cloud, our hosted version, request it here.
We'll follow your lead, or use our judgment
If you know exactly how you want it set up, tell us and we'll follow your instructions to the letter. If you'd rather leave it to us, we'll use our experience to choose the settings that suit your business.
For a small document library, that might mean a clean grid layout with the search box hidden. For a large one, a searchable table with category filters.
For product options, we'll pick the styles that work best for your customers. That might be a color swatch instead of a plain dropdown, or a text box for engraving with the right price attached.

What's included in the free setup service?
Free setup covers a standard setup using the plugin's built-in features. If you need something bigger, for example migrating a large library from another plugin, custom code, or design work, our Services team can give you a quote.
