How can I prioritize my discounts?
If you have multiple discounts which could potentially apply to the same products, then it's important that the correct one is used.
We have intentionally designed Barn2 Bundles & Bulk Discounts to prevent multiple discounts from stacking at once. That's because stacking discounts can lead to unpredictable results, potentially allowing customers to place orders which are not profitable for you. Instead, the app uses a priority system to avoid conflicts and determine which discount to apply.
The main table of discounts lists them in priority order, with the highest priority first. You can use the sort arrows on the left to change the priorities. If more than one discount could potentially apply to a particular product, then the discount with the highest priority will be used.
