Fast Bundle (FBP) has been a total game-changer for our Shopify store! The app is super intuitive, highly customizable, and makes setting up Mix & Match bundles and "Build Your Own Set" offers effortless.
What really sets this app apart, though, is their customer support. A special shoutout to Louise, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire setup process. Louise took the time to make sure our bundle sections looked perfect and worked seamlessly for our store.
If you're looking to boost your Average Order Value (AOV) with a clean, high-converting bundle setup, look no further. Highly recommended!
Easy to install. I had some issues with certain products not showing properly - a real person answered the chat quickly each time and resolved all problems quickly.
We had an issue with billing too in the first month, and that was also sorted very quickly and easily by Sara.
The analytics are much better than the bundle app we used previously, and the display is high quality and enhances our web offer (doesn't look pushy or low-class)

This has been my best experience so far with a bundle app. I have uninstalled 4 prior to this app because the level of customer service was unsatisfactory. Ian was so helpful in helping me navigate and learn the app. I was literally getting help for about two hours as I tested some features out and he even went one step further to create drafts of bundles. This was so helpful because it allowed me to learn the different features of the app. I am hoping to increase my AOV this holiday season and I think this will help! Now my site it ready for Black Friday and to crush quarter 4, thanks Ian and Fast Bundle!
