The following Terms and Conditions apply to all premium WordPress plugins sold by Barn2 Media.
Licensing
Purchasing a plugin on this website gives you non-exclusive limited license to use the plugin in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All our plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license.

Plugin licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You need a valid, active license key in order to access updates and support for the plugin. You may not share, sell or give away access to your license key. License keys are only transferrable by contacting us to request the transfer to a new owner.

Prior to the expiry of the plugin license, we will contact you with details on how to renew.
Plugin updates
When you purchase one of our plugins and activate the license key, you will be able to access free updates for 1 year. Updates will be made available to you from the WordPress dashboard.
Warranty
Our plugins are guaranteed to function correctly on a new installation of WordPress using a default WordPress theme. We do not guarantee they will function with third party plugins, themes or with all web browsers or hosts. If you have any compatibility issues with one of our plugins then we will support you as best we can, according to our support policy (below).

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins. This includes but is limited to indirect, direct, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses, including data loss.
Support services
When you purchase one of our plugins, you will be able to access free support from Barn2 Media for 1 year. This support covers any issues specifically relating to the plugin you have purchased from us. While we do not guarantee compatibility with third party themes, plugins or other components, if we are unable to fix the issue within our support terms then we will provide advice on the available options.

The free support does not include customizing the plugin beyond its intended use. If you require customization services then we may be able to provide a quote for modifying a Barn2 Media plugin to meet your requirements.

If you require support with the plugin more than 1 year after the purchase date then you can continue to receive this either by renewing your license key or contacting us to request a one-off quote for the support.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our plugins. All plugins sold on this website are the property of Barn2 Media Ltd.
Refunds
If you have problems getting one of our plugins to work then you should contact us to request support. If we are unable to solve the problem then we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be given more than 30 days after the purchase date.
